2. Website access and server logs
When you access this website, the web server processes technically necessary data, including IP address, date and time, requested file, amount of data, referrer, browser identifier and HTTP status. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR to provide a secure and stable service, analyze errors and prevent abuse. Apache access and error logs are generally deleted after seven rotations unless a specific security incident requires longer retention.
3. Operation of the BCH SOLO pool
A Stratum connection requires processing technical connection and mining data. This may include the IP address, connection time, software identifier, Stratum username with BCH address and worker name, share difficulty, accepted or rejected shares and performance values. Processing is necessary to provide the pool, build blocks, diagnose faults and prevent abuse under Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
4. Public statistics, live shares and masking
The website displays hashrate, worker status, charts, miner profiles, rankings and a live share stream. Full wallet addresses are shortened automatically before publication; worker names may remain visible. Do not use real names, email addresses or confidential information as worker names. CashAddr forms with and without the network prefix are merged.
5. Blockchain and coinbase transaction
If a miner finds a valid block, BCH addresses used in the coinbase transaction may be stored permanently and publicly on the Bitcoin Cash blockchain. Blockchains are decentralized; the operator generally cannot delete confirmed blockchain data afterwards.
6. Language setting, cookies, tracking and external content
The technically necessary “pool_lang” cookie stores the selected language for up to one year. The default configuration uses no analytics, marketing or profiling cookies and no advertising trackers. Live displays call statistics APIs on the same domain. Bootstrap and Font Awesome files may be loaded from the CDNs named in the source code, which may transmit your IP address to their operators.
7. Contact
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide to handle the request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual matters and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
8. Recipients and processors
Technical data is processed on infrastructure used by Varga-Tech. Where hosting, network, CDN or security providers are used, data is transferred only as necessary and on an appropriate legal basis.
9. Retention
Data is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed for the stated purposes and no legal obligation prevents deletion. Security logs may be retained until a specific investigation is complete. Aggregated mining histories may be stored longer where they no longer directly identify a person.
10. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Consent may be withdrawn with future effect.
11. Right to complain
You may lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. In Lower Saxony, the competent authority is in particular the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony.
12. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards. The website is delivered over HTTPS. Pool, share and historical data is processed on Varga-Tech infrastructure; public API responses mask wallet addresses.
